Guacamole

I n g r e d i e n t s :

 

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 3 tbsp diced, seedless tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp diced, red onion

  • 2 tsp jalapeno (you can put as much or as little)

  • Cilantro to taste (1 tsp)

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

 

Steps:

  1. Cut into your avocados, removing the pit, and scoring it. Place your avocado chunks in a larger bowl than you need (this will make it easier to mash). 

  2. Immediately drizzle a small amount of your lime juice over the avocados to prevent browning, and use a fork or potato masher to mash the avadoes until smooth. 

  3. Mix in your tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, salt, pepper, and the rest of your lime juice.

  4. Let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and serve with chips.

  5. Enjoy!
