French Toast

I n g r e d i e n t s :

6 thicks slices of bread
 - 
2 eggs
 - 
â…” cup milk
 - 
¼ tsp cinnamon
 - 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 
Salt
 
Steps:
- 
In a pie dish (or other long, shallow dish), beat together eggs, milk, salt (to taste), cinnamon, and vanilla.
 - 
Heat a pan with a small amount of butter over medium-high heat.
 - 
Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure both sides are completely soaked.
 - 
Place in the pan, making sure both sides are cooked. Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
 -
