Potato Salad

Potato Salad:
I n g r e d i e n t s :

6-8 medium side red bliss potatoes
 - 
3 large eggs
 - 
½ large white onion
 - 
â…“ cup mayonnaise
 - 
2 tbsp yellow mustard
 - 
½ tsp paprika
 - 
1 tsp garlic salt
 - 
1 tsp pepper
 
Steps:
- 
Peel and cube potatoes before cooking them in lightly salted boiling water for 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
 - 
While the potatoes are cooking, place eggs in a separate pot of lightly salted boiling water to cook for 10 minutes until hard boiled.
 - 
Drain water from eggs, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and cool them. Peel the eggs while waiting for potatoes to finish cooking.
 - 
Drain potatoes, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and cool them.
 - 
In a large bowl, add potatoes, chopped up hard boiled eggs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
 - 
Place potato salad in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold for best results.
