Potato Salad

Potato Salad:

I n g r e d i e n t s :

  • 6-8 medium side red bliss potatoes

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ large white onion

  • â…“ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

 

Steps:

  1. Peel and cube potatoes before cooking them in lightly salted boiling water for 15 minutes, or until fork tender.

  2. While the potatoes are cooking, place eggs in a separate pot of lightly salted boiling water to cook for 10 minutes until hard boiled.

  3. Drain water from eggs, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and cool them. Peel the eggs while waiting for potatoes to finish cooking.

  4. Drain potatoes, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking and cool them.

  5. In a large bowl, add potatoes, chopped up hard boiled eggs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 

  6. Place potato salad in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold for best results. 

  7. Enjoy!
